MSRPme is operated by GetSkipa LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a fun, custom art experience.
By uploading a photo during Step 2 of the builder process, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have obtained all necessary legal permissions, licenses, and consents from the copyright owner to use, modify, and process the image for the purpose of creating a custom MSRPme Build Sheet.
GetSkipa LLC assumes no liability for the unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property provided by the user.
Any photo you upload is used strictly to generate your custom art. To maintain community safety, images may be analyzed via automated safety tools (including Google Vision AI) to prevent the generation of prohibited or harmful content.
Transient Storage: Your original photo is processed in a transient state to create your Step 3: Final Sample. We do not store original, high-resolution source photos on our permanent servers after your session is closed or your order is fulfilled.
Data selected during the build process (Headlines, Specs, Features, etc.) is synchronized locally to create your preview. This information is only stored in our order database upon a successful transaction for the purpose of digital delivery and customer support.
Payments are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. They act as the Merchant of Record and process your financial data under their own privacy standards. GetSkipa LLC never sees or stores your full credit card information.
